Our return policy lasts 35 days from your order. Unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange after this time.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and it is within the time-window for allowable returns, return your product for a full refund, less shipping fees. Please begin this process by contacting for further instructions.

Refund Process

Once your return is received at our offices, it will be inspected. You will receive an email stating that we have received your returned item. Once the inspection is completed, we will send you an email to notify you on the status of your return. If your return is approved for a refund, this refund will be processed and a credit will be applied through your original method of payment. Please note that this refund process can take a varying amount of time, depending upon the method of payment.


We can only exchange an item if it is damaged or defective. We will exchange an item for the same item. Please begin this process by contacting for further instructions.

Please note that for all returns and exchanges, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any refund you receive will deduct the cost of shipping.
