Over the past year, Healing Butterfly® Matcha was flying off the shelf; even in the summer! I think because our customers realized: “Wow, we can just ice it!” Our fans have sent us many photos of iced matcha tea, iced matcha lattes, and matcha smoothies with Healing Butterfly® Matcha. It has been super fun to see all of the different recipes. Below is a recipe from Robin, one of the Social Butterflies on the Healing Butterfly® Team. Try it and let us know what you think?
- 1 cup frozen watermelon
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tablespoon dry, shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon Healing Butterfly® Mint Matcha Green Tea Powder
- Ice cubes
- Place all ingredients in blender.
- Blend until smooth.
