Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer various shipping methods for both domestic (U.S.A.) and international orders.  See the Delivery Page for information on shipping methods.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Most orders are shipped within two business days from the order date, from our warehouse in Florida. Orders received over the weekend or during holidays are shipped no later than the next business day.  Delivery time varies based upon the shipping method chosen and location of delivery.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do.  See the Delivery Page for a list of countries to which we ship.

My country is not listed as one you ship to.  Can I still place an order?

At this time, we are only able to ship to the countries listed on the Delivery Page.

Taxes, VAT, and Duty Fees for international orders

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

We cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

For Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU) Orders: As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No account is needed to place an order.  You will be given the option of creating an account during the check-out process.  Account holders will receive advance notice of special promotions and discounts via email.

How do I place an Order?

Placing an order is as simple as adding products to your cart, and following the steps in our check-out process.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your order by the Order Tracking webpage.  You will need your order number and email address.

How Can I Return a Product?

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all major credit cards through our website check-out process.  For large orders, please email us (sales@HButterfly.com) for alternative payment arrangements.
